Mylen created Cropsticks on a flight to Asia when her chopsticks kept rolling off the tray table. She previously served as a Clinical Professor / Associate Director of Entrepreneurship at Loyola Marymount University and Cal State University, Los Angeles.

Ron has over 10 years of experience as an executive in the film and television industry. A native Californian and chopstick devotee.

Jay’s family has been in the bamboo business for 15+ Years Manufacturing Bamboo Kitchen products. He’s also launched a unique chef driven food instagram concept called @BehindTheKnife with more than 24K followers in its first year.

Chul brings 15 years of business experience in the hospitality and sales industry.  He has successfully operated multiple business ventures and understands how much care and effort goes into a client's satisfaction and experience.
